I had a sort of anxiety attack shortly after I went to bed and I’ve been awake since and I feel like a mental patient.
It’s 3am and I need someone. I can’t stop crying and I feel so lonely. I’ve gotten myself into such a tangle of mess that I don’t think I’m going to sleep at all tonight. I just feel so upset and I need sleep because not sleeping makes me worse.
